Tractor Rides

Why not visit us and enjoy a tractor/trailer ride available each Saturday and Sunday at 12.30, 1.30, 2.30 and dependant on the weather 3.30p.m.?

From Monday 23rd July until Sunday 2nd September tractor/trailer rides available each day (weather permitting).

Adults £2.25    Children £1.75   Children under 3 years free of charge.





The Farm Shop

Visit our shop selling Rare Breed Belted Galloway cattle rare breed pork &

Jacob x Texel Lamb.






Tea Room serving homemade cakes light lunches and snacks.

Opening Times

Tuesday to Saturday  10am till 5pm

Sunday                      11am till 4pm

Closed Mondays except for bank holidays and in the summer / Easter school holidays

Closed Sunday in Feb. And Jan.






How To Get There

From Darlington take the A67 Barnard Castle road to High coniscliffe.

When in the centre of the village, indicate right and turn right into Ulnaby Lane.

Follow this road for approximately one and a half miles to Ulnaby Hall which is on the right and well signposted.


From Cockerton take the Staindrop road for approximately 3 miles until you reach the crossroads, where left takes

you to Ulnaby lane and to Ulnaby Hall, which is well signposted.  After just less than 1/4 mile you turn left into Ulnaby Hall
